'What to Wear?...What to Wear?'
Couples are always nervous about what to wear to their engagement sessions. Well, after shooting hundreds of weddings over the past decade all over the world, we’ve put together our tips to make sure you have engagement photos you will love:)
The most important thing to remember is to wear something you feel comfortable and gorgeous in. How you feel about how you look really shows on your face and will help you look and feel beautiful in your photos. We recommend at least 2 outfits, but no more than 3 for time’s sake. For variety, bring one that is casual, and one that is a little more dressy. If you do bring a third - let your personality show - choose your own adventure;) If you have a maxi or flowee dress bring it…the movement looks great in pictures! Oh, and try to avoid loud prints unless they’re that third look. And a couple of practical things - bring a pair of ‘walking’ shoes - you can always change shoes when it’s time for pictures, and…as cute as long necklaces are, avoid them - they tend to land in weird places, and can ruin a great pic. Okay. That’s all - On to the most important thing - COLOR CHOICES!!
And if all else fails…
Bring options to your shoot. And hey, if your photographers are cool and helpful like us, you can always text them a pic to help you decide.
